I accept Aetna, Providence Health Plan, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna in Florida and Pennsylvania; Ascension (Florida only), The Health Plan (Pennsylvania),            Independence Blue Cross (Pennsylvania), Capital Blue Cross (Pennsylvania).

I can also provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if either I don’t accept your insurance or you choose not to use your insurance.                                                                                                                         

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providrs need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Session fee is $160 for 60 minutes.
