The first session is 60 minutes. After that a counseling session usually lasts about 55 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to talk about what’s on your mind and work toward your goals.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and Pennsylvania, with a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work from the National Association of Social Workers. I am a Certified Clinical Services Provider for ADHD. I have years of clinical experience helping adults with ADHD, grief, depression, anxiety, and more.
