Services

At Renew and Thrive, I offer virtual support for women with late-diagnosed ADHD who are dealing with anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. My services also include help with depression, grief, infertility, postpartum depression, relationship issues, and self-esteem. As a licensed and credentialed clinical social worker serving Florida and Pennsylvania, I provide professional, caring guidance to help you feel confident and supported during challenging times.

ADHD and Anxiety Support

If you’re a woman who’s learned you have ADHD later in life, you might feel a wave of relief—and a whole lot of questions. Many women in your shoes also face anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. I offer personalized, virtual sessions to help you find balance and new strategies that actually make sense for your day-to-day life.

  • Empathetic support tailored for late-diagnosis ADHD
  • Tools to manage anxious thoughts and feelings
  • Guidance on building routines that work for you

How do I know if your services are a good fit for what I’m going through?

If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck because of ADHD or anxiety, my services can help. I work with women who are facing these struggles and want support to find balance, learn new coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives.

How often would we meet for sessions?

How often we meet depends on your needs and goals. Most people start with weekly sessions, but we can adjust the schedule to fit what works best for you.

Can you help with other challenges besides ADHD and anxiety?

Yes, I can help with many challenges, including depression, grief, relationship issues, infertility, postpartum depression, and self-esteem. You don’t have to face these struggles alone—support is available for whatever you’re going through.

Grief and Loss Counseling

Grief doesn’t always follow a straight path. I specialize in supporting women through loss, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or simply the loss of “what could have been.” In our sessions, you’ll have space to process your experience and find hope for the future.

  • Expertise in complicated and ongoing grief
  • Gentle support for managing big emotions
  • Tools for honoring your feelings, your way

How long does it usually take to start feeling better after beginning grief counseling with you?

Everyone’s experience is different, so there’s no exact timeline. Some people start feeling a bit better after just a few sessions, while for others, it takes longer. You’ll go at your own pace, and I’ll support you each step of the way.

What should you expect during your first grief counseling session?

During your first session, you can share your story and what you’re going through. I’ll listen and ask some questions to get to know you better. Together, we’ll talk about what you need and how I can support you as you move forward.

Is it normal to cry or feel emotional during grief counseling sessions with you?

Yes, it’s completely normal to cry or feel emotional during grief counseling. You’re in a safe space where your feelings are welcome, whatever they might be. It’s okay to let your emotions out as you talk and process what you’re going through.

Depression and Low Self Esteem

Dealing with depression or self-doubt can be isolating, especially when you feel like others don’t quite get it. I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on and start building yourself back up—one small step at a time.

  • Encouragement to rediscover your strengths
  • Practical tips for feeling more hopeful and energized
  • Strategies for breaking out of negative thinking patterns

How do I know if your services for depression and low self-esteem are right for me?

If you’re feeling down, stuck, or have trouble believing in yourself, these services can help. I focus on supporting women like you with understanding, practical strategies, and a safe space to talk. Together, we explore what’s making things hard and find ways to help you feel better about yourself.

How long does it usually take to start feeling better with your help?

Everyone is different, so there’s no set timeline. Some people notice small changes in a few weeks, while others take a bit longer. What’s most important is that you go at your own pace and we find what works best for you together.

Will you tell anyone what I talk about during our sessions?

What you share with me stays private. I take your privacy seriously and won’t share what we talk about unless you say it’s okay or if there’s a safety concern. Your trust matters to me.

I can also provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if either I don’t accept your insurance or you choose not to use your insurance.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

Please note that benefits are an agreement between you and your insurer.

It is a good idea to verify your mental health benefits by calling the customer service number on the back of your card.
