How can you help me if I’m feeling overwhelmed with anxiety or sadness?

I listen to your concerns and help you find ways to cope with anxiety or sadness. Together, we can talk about what’s going on, explore your feelings, and find practical steps that make things feel more manageable in your daily life.

Do you offer online sessions, or do I need to meet you in person?

You can meet with me online through secure video sessions. You don’t have to come in person. This makes it easier for you to get support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, no matter where you are in Florida or Pennsylvania.

What kinds of issues can you help me with?

You can get help with many challenges, like feeling sad or anxious, coping with grief or loss, dealing with ADHD, infertility, postpartum depression, financial stress, relationship problems, or low self-esteem. I’m here to support you with whatever you’re facing.

Are you licensed to help people in my state?

Yes, you can work with me if you live in Florida or Pennsylvania. I am licensed to provide therapy in both states, making it easy for you to get help wherever you are in Florida or Pennsylvania.

How much experience do you have helping people with grief or depression?

You can feel confident knowing I have years of experience helping people work through grief and depression. I have special training in these areas and have supported many adults as they find ways to heal and feel better.

What can I expect during my first session with you?

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where you share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get from our time together. You can ask any questions and talk as much or as little as you want—there’s no pressure.

How do you protect my privacy during online sessions?

You can feel safe knowing your privacy is a top priority. I use secure video platforms designed just for therapy, so your information stays private and protected. Everything you share is kept confidential.

Do you help with problems related to money or budgeting?

You can get help with financial stress, budgeting, and making sense of your finances. I offer therapy and simple steps to help you feel more in control and less stressed about your financial situation.

Can you help if I’m struggling with self-esteem or confidence?

You can get help to feel better about yourself and build your confidence. I work with you to understand the reasons behind your feelings and find ways to boost your self-esteem, so you can feel more secure and positive in your daily life.

Can you help with relationship problems?

You can talk openly about your relationship challenges with me. I help you look at what’s going on, understand patterns, and find better ways to communicate and connect with others. My goal is to support you as you work through issues and strengthen your relationships.

How do you handle payments and what happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

You pay for each session at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your session, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel late or miss your session without notice, you will be charged for it. This is your time and it is reserved for you.

Do you accept insurance, or do I have to pay out of pocket?

I do not work directly with insurance companies yet, so you pay for your sessions out of pocket. If your insurance allows, I can give you what is called a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. It’s a good idea to check with your plan to see if they cover these services.

What if I’m not happy with a session?

 If you have concerns about your experience, I encourage you to share your thoughts with me so we can discuss how to make future sessions more helpful for you.

Can I book regular weekly sessions with you, or do I have to schedule each time?

Once we have met for the first session, we can discuss your schedule to see what makes the most sense. I have found that being flexible is important as many things can come up. It may work well for you to schedule weekly sessions and we might find that scheduling at the end of each session is better.

Do you charge a fee if I miss a session without telling you?

Yes, if you miss a session without letting me know at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee for that session. This helps me keep my schedule fair for everyone.
