Renew and Thrive, LLC was created out of a deep commitment to helping adults navigate life’s toughest challenges. After years of working in clinical settings, I wanted to provide a private, supportive space for people to work through issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, infertility, postpartum depression, financial concerns, relationship struggles, and self-esteem. My virtual private practice lets me reach adults across both Pennsylvania and Florida in a way that fits easily into busy lives.

I’m proud to hold advanced credentials including MSSW, DCSW, LCSW, which includes certification from the National Association of Social Workers. I have extensive experience with grief, depression, and anxiety, and bring a compassionate approach to every session.
