I do individual psychotherapy for adults who may be experiencing a variety of stressors, such as dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, compulsive overeating, marital conflict, ADD/ADHD, giftedness, parenting conflicts (with your older parent or with your child(ren), relationship issues, low self-esteem, parenting adult children, grandparents raising grandchildren, stress management, job loss, relocation stress, and life coaching. I work with people struggling with codependency or who have a partner or family member struggling with addiction.

I use different treatment modalities and theoretical approaches during therapy depending on the client and the issues presented. I will help you explore your thoughts and feelings and your past to understand the implications for the present and future. I focus on improving the present. Clients develop stronger life skills, strengthen relationships, and are able to make better decisions.
